Kritika: Kritika is a Research Associate at the Centre of Public Policy. Her interests are into ground work and field work research as well as political philosophy, Human rights and International law.
Amshrutha Rudresh : Amshrutha Rudresh is a is a Research Associate at the Centre for Public Policy. She holds a Master’s graduate in Public Policy from Christ University, Bangalore. She is currently working on Project SAKSHAM, the institute’s rural school development initiative. Her academic and project experience centre’s on education reform and rural development. She is interested in public welfare programs, grassroots governance, and social equity.
Anu kirthana G : Anukirthana G is a Research Associate at the Centre for Public Policy. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Christ University. Her research interests span education, health, rural development, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), with a focus on development outcomes in the Indian context.
Khushi Shah : Khushi is a Research Associate at IIM Bangalore working at the intersection of environmental policy, governance, and climate resilience. Her current research examines coastal infrastructure contestation in Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, combining sustained fieldwork with communities, activists, and institutions contesting port development. She also contributes to water governance projects, including the Suvarnamukhi River rejuvenation initiative and Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) work in Kolar. Prior to joining IIM-B, she interned at SAC-ISRO on Himalayan glacier research. Her methodological expertise spans spatial analysis and qualitative data methods.
Aravind Prasad G : Aravind is a Research Associate at the Centre for Public Policy. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Madras School of Economics, Central University of Tamil Nadu. His primary specialization lies in applied micro econometrics and labour economics, while I also maintain a broader interest in macroeconomics and public policy, particularly in understanding how empirical evidence can inform economic policy and decision-making.

Deepika M. S. is an Academic Associate at the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Central University of Punjab. She has academic experience as Assistant Professor in Economics at St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam and professional experience in policy implementation with the Kudumbashree National Resource Organization. Her research interests lie in development economics, particularly poverty and gender studies.
Nanditha Ajith is an Academic Associate at the Centre of Public Policy. She has a bachelor’s in economics from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and a master’s in economics from the University of Bonn, Germany. Her interests include development economics, political economy and applied econometrics.
Ajith Suresh Kumar is an Academic Associate at the Centre of Public Policy. He completed his Bachelors and Masters Dual Degree in Economics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal in 2023. In the past, he has worked as a researcher with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. Research interests include topics in environment and education economics and policy.
Aishwarya S N is an Academic Associate with the Centre for Public Policy. She has a bachelor's in Journalism, Psychology and English from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and masters in Development Studies from IIT Hyderabad. Her research interests lie in gender, labour, education and intersectional inequalities.

G Sesi Kala
G Sesi Kala is Senior Executive at the Centre for Public Policy. She has an MA in Sociology from KSOU. She joined IIMB in November 1991 and has been with CPP since June 2017. She handles administrative functions and supports the Chairperson of the Centre. She assists in the organizing of long and short duration programmes, conferences and workshops, seminars and meetings at the Centre. She is passionate about travelling, movies and music.

Previously, he worked as Program Manager for the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship, contributing significantly to large-scale capacity-building programs. His core expertise spans research, project management, capacity building, and knowledge management, with a strong focus on strengthening development systems and fostering sustainable socio-economic progress.
