Mr. Sarabjeet Gajwani, Project Head - Education & Wellbeing, The Akshaya Patra Foundation ,addressed the EPGP students on the scale and reach of the 3 Akshay patra kitchens in Bangalore.
About 110 village schools are served by the 3 kitchens with a different vegetarian menu on all the school working days. They follow a zero waste policy and track their vehicles real time with specially developed apps.
